Purpose of Role
This is a production-focused role responsible for the accurate preparation, adaptation and delivery of branded materials across all channels and formats. Working from approved design concepts and established brand guidelines, the Artworker ensures that all creative output is technically precise, print- and digital-ready, and consistent with the Firm’s corporate visual identity. The role is integral to the day-to-day throughput of the creative team, providing reliable and high-quality production support across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Take approved design concepts from Senior Designers and prepare technically accurate, print- and digital-ready files
Apply the Firm’s visual identity across brochures, pitches, presentations and digital assets
Prepare and package files to prepress, print and external supplier specifications
Retouch, crop and color-correct images to meet brand and production standards
Build and format PowerPoint presentations using Firm templates
Support Word documents with correct image placement, branding and template use
Adapt and resize artwork for multiple formats and channels while maintaining consistency
Manage digital asset libraries, archives and shared drives, including naming and version control
Follow established workflows to deliver on time across multiple time zones
Comply with privacy, bar association, SLA, anti-spam and related legal/regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support to Senior Designers on firmwide production activities
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), including template creation and formatting
2–3 years’ experience in artworking/production design/DTP, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
Strong understanding of print production and preparing files for multiple output formats
Experience managing digital asset libraries, file archives and version control in a team environment
Familiarity with brand/corporate identity systems and maintaining visual consistency
Working knowledge of digital production for web, email and screen-based formats
Experience working with external print suppliers and production vendors
Exceptional attention to detail and quality in production artwork
Ability to manage high volumes of work, shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Well-organised and methodical, with focus on processes and version control
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, stakeholders and suppliers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
