Qualifications
Skills & Experience
Proficiency with modern eLearning tools, including:
Experience designing interactive, scenario-based, and microlearning experiences
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance measurement
Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
Pay Range:
