Product Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience at CODEPATH LIMITED

Senior Product Manager owns the learner platform experience, making AI-first decisions about where to automate vs. maintain human touchpoints while scaling from tens of thousands to millions of users.

What this role involves

CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students in the country. We have trained over 50,000 students from 1,000+ universities. Our partners include Amazon, Google, Meta, and 4,000+ companies across the industry. We’ve been training the next generation of technical talent for nearly a decade, and we just launched a $150M initiative with Anthropic, building one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world.

We’re now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.

We are building toward millions of learners, hundreds of millions in revenue, and billions in economic impact for a generation of technical talent who have historically been locked out of tech. If you want to own something and be part of a 0-to-1 journey at an organization moving at the speed of AI, we think you’d love it here.

About the Role

Location: Remote

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

Total Compensation:$200,000 - $232,000

  • Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
  • Total compensation includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement

Every CodePath learner engages our platform, whether they are a college CS student in a direct course, a student at a partner university, an alum sharpening their skills, or a working engineer retraining for the AI era. The Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience owns this platform.

CodePath’s courses work because they are intensive, industry-vetted, and human. The hard problem is scale. As we grow from tens of thousands of learners toward millions, the quality and effectiveness of the learner experience on the platform has to improve, not dilute. That demands an AI-First approach: clearly and thoughtfully identifying where AI can accelerate effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection and touchpoints are essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress. Getting that boundary right is the core judgment call of this job, and you will make it over and over.

The ownership lines are clear. Curriculum owns what we teach. The Learning team owns how it is taught, including the live classroom. You own the platform: everything a learner touches when they log in, from the course portal to asynchronous engagement between sessions to the touchpoints that keep them moving. You will collaborate closely with Learning so the platform powers great live delivery, but the platform experience is yours.

Success looks like measurable acceleration in the rate of learning, retention, and engagement, even as the number of students grows by an order of magnitude.

Two things make this role unlike most PM jobs

Learning rate is the scoreboard. Plenty of platforms can deliver content at scale. Almost none can prove their students learn faster because of them. You will be measured on outcomes, retention, and engagement, not feature velocity.

The ceiling is enormous. Every course CodePath delivers, direct or through partners, rides on the platform experience you build. As we scale to an order of magnitude of more students, your decisions compound across every learner we will ever serve.

What you’ll do

  • Own the core learner platform experience across every segment: college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and students at partner institutions

  • Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap

  • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

  • Own our AI-assisted learning experiences end to end, including taking the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product. These student-facing AI surfaces are yours, not shared

  • Decide where AI accelerates effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection is essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress

  • Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering: they own what is taught and how the classroom runs, you build the platform that powers live delivery and asynchronous engagement

  • Set a high bar for design quality and engaging interactions across every learner touchpoint

  • Define the metrics that prove learning rate, retention, and engagement are improving at scale, and design experiments, grounded in discovery with users, to test your biggest bets

Who you are

You are a PM who has owned products that learners or users depend on every day, and you know how to walk into something live and make it measurably better. You are deeply AI-Native and you believe great learning products are judged by what learners can do afterward.

Required

  • You have scaled a live product. You have inherited or grown something real users already depended on, raised its quality while usage multiplied, and you know the difference between launching and improving

    • Zero-to-one instincts still matter here: you will not inherit documentation, process, or a roadmap, so you know how to map what exists and chart the path forward yourself
  • AI is genuinely how you work. You can show how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months

  • You have built products where engagement and retention were the scoreboard, and you know how to design the loops, touchpoints, and interactions that move them

  • You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across learning and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook

  • You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call

  • You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Preferred

  • Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)

  • Background in edtech, learning platforms, or consumer education products, or deep working familiarity with learning science

  • Experience with AI tutoring, adaptive learning, or personalization systems

  • Founder experience or equivalent time building in a hyperscaling environment

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an Individual Contributor level position at an annual base salary of $135,000 to $175,000. Total compensation is $200,000 to $232,000, which includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.

Full-Time Employee Benefits

This is a 100% remote position—work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program

  • Financial Security: 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 – Jan 2)

  • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support

  • Student Loan Forgiveness: CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt

  • Additional Perks: Pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings

About the Role

Compensation: $200,000 to $232,000 per year

  • Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
  • Total compensation includes the base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement

The AI Corps opportunity

AI Corps is a fellowship program that sources, trains, and deploys applied AI specialists into organizations. Fellows complete an intensive program, build skills across modern AI stacks, and embed directly with partner teams to ship real work. The first cohort, Claude Corps, is now launching in partnership with Anthropic with 1,000 fellows committed to deploy into nonprofits. The next chapter is enterprise, where the demand is larger, the budgets are real, and the urgency to build with AI is highest.

CodePath spent the past decade building this kind of infrastructure for education: training that produces engineers who perform at top companies, and ten years of outcomes data to prove it works. AI Corps takes the model to enterprise. The first cohort will prove the model inside mission-driven organizations, and enterprise is the next chapter and what our Founding Product Manager, AI Corps will own.

The platform is already in active build, on track for a September launch, and it has been engineering-led from day one: no product leadership, no customer validation, no feedback loops. Bringing those is this job, and getting design ahead of engineering is the first order of business.

Your ownership of the platform will power the full lifecycle: how organizations identify the AI capabilities they need, how fellows are trained to those specs and matched to partners, how they embed alongside existing teams, how incumbent employees build the skills to work with them, and how outcomes get measured in ways enterprise buyers act on.

The enterprise market is our clearest near-term path to making CodePath financially self-sustaining. Companies are racing to retrain entire departments for AI-native work, corporate L&D budgets are expanding, and almost no provider can prove the depth, rigor, or ROI that CodePath has spent a decade building. The path from tens of thousands today to millions of learners runs directly through this product, and the revenue opportunity is the largest in CodePath’s history.

You will partner directly with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, and Engineering, and you will have unusual freedom to do it: a green-lit, funded initiative already in motion, frontier AI tools with effectively unlimited Claude credits, and a small engineering team that ships faster than groups ten times its size.

Two things to know before you apply

Quality is your scoreboard. Revenue here flows through partnerships, so you will not own a number. What you own is whether the platform earns that revenue: fellow engagement, student satisfaction, the quality of every partner and host organization touchpoint. If the experience is excellent, the business follows. If it is not, nothing else matters.

The ceiling is enormous. Through our partnership with Anthropic and our standing with universities, states, and employers, this product launches with distribution most startups spend a decade building. We need someone who thinks at that scale from day one.

What you’ll do

The Senior Director of AI Programs owns the design and delivery of AI Corps programs. You own the platform that powers them: a new build, separate from CodePath’s core learning platform, which has its own PM. In practice, that means:

  • Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap, turning fellow, partner, and program needs into clear priorities, holding a high bar for design quality across every fellow and partner touchpoint

  • Define and own the metrics that prove the platform works: fellow engagement, student NPS, host organization satisfaction, and experience quality. Revenue is the outcome; these are the inputs you control

  • Work directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise opportunities

  • Build the platform that makes AI Corps repeatable at enterprise scale, covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle

  • Design the incumbent employee training product, working with AI Programs and Curriculum to build an AI enablement path for existing enterprise employees that runs alongside the fellow deployment model

  • Run sharp discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then translate it into success metrics, prototypes, and shipped features

  • Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial needs into platform direction and ensure the product supports what the sales team needs to close and retain partners

  • Design experiments to test your biggest bets, and use both qualitative signal and hard data to change course fast

  • Be the connective tissue between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering: align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and unblock the build

  • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

Who you are

You are a founding-caliber PM who has built from nothing and stayed to scale it. AI is woven into how you work, and the size of this opportunity energizes you.

Required

  • You have built 0 to 1 and stayed past it. You have taken a product from a blank page to real commercial scale, and you stayed through the hypergrowth that followed, so you know what comes after launch. Bonus if that was at a company that went from a handful of people to a billion-dollar-plus business

  • AI is how you work every day. You can show, not just claim, how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months

  • You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook

  • You have worked shoulder to shoulder with Sales or Customer Success, and you know what a deal-blocking product gap looks like

  • You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call

  • You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Preferred

  • Background building for or selling to corporate L&D, HR, or workforce and benefits buyers

  • Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)

  • Experience with talent marketplace, staffing, workforce deployment, or HR technology products

Product Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience at CODEPATH LIMITED

Senior PM owns the learner platform experience, making strategic decisions about where AI enhances and where human connection is essential to maintain quality as CodePath scales to millions of users.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

About the Role

Location: Remote

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling

  • Founder experience or equivalent time building in a zero-to-one environment

Sr. Director leads global pricing strategy and monetization transformation, designing consumption and value-based models while driving cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and finance.

Exec Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has helped people and teams achieve–well, anything. From seamless work management to smart, scalable solutions, we’ve always worked with flow. We’re building tools that empower teams to automate the manual, uncover insights, and scale smarter. But more than that, we’re creating space– space to think big, take action, and unlock the kind of work that truly matters. Because when challenge meets purpose, and passion turns into progress, that’s magic at work, and it’s what we show up for everyday.

Own end-to-end pricing & packaging for Smartsheet’s global product portfolio, leading a major commercial transformation from traditional seat-based licensing to modern consumption‑ and value‑based monetization, with AI as a core value driver. This is a highly visible, hands‑on operator role that turns strategy into execution and builds a scalable, data‑driven pricing engine.

You will report to the VP of Product Management located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.

You Will:

Strategy & leadership

  • Own global pricing & packaging strategy across products, segments, and geographies, tightly linked to revenue growth, NRR, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate current pricing strategy work into an executable monetization roadmap, including sequencing of changes and risk management.
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing; run a regular pricing governance forum with executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior “voice of pricing” with the executive team, providing clear recommendations and trade‑off frameworks.

Pricing model innovation (consumption & AI)

  • Design and implement consumption and value‑based pricing models for the core platform and new AI‑driven capabilities (e.g., metered usage, credits, feature entitlements).
  • Define value metrics and units of consumption that align to customer outcomes and usage patterns, while keeping constructs simple and understandable.
  • Build hybrid models that balance PLG / self‑serve and enterprise sales motions (tiers plus usage add‑ons, overage models, expansion paths).
  • Continuously evolve packaging (tiers, bundles, add‑ons) to drive adoption of AI features and expansion into new segments and use cases.

Customer‑centric design

  • Ensure all pricing and packaging changes are designed with customer experience at the centre: transparency, predictability, and administrative simplicity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to capture field feedback, understand edge cases, and refine policies based on real‑world usage.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create clear external narratives and collateral that explain value, pricing, and upgrade paths in simple, customer‑friendly language.

Execution & governance

  • Convert strategy into executable pricing changes: detailed designs, policies, playbooks, rollout plans, and internal tooling requirements.
  • Establish and run a robust pricing governance process: decision rights, approval thresholds, exception handling, and global consistency.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to embed pricing and packaging into product design (entitlements, limits, metering, upgrade triggers) and ensure customers have robust tools to manage licenses and usage.
  • Work with RevOps and Sales to operationalize discounting frameworks, deal guidelines, and renewals / expansion motions; ensure strong field enablement and change management.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract structures, terms, and revenue recognition implications of new models.

Analytics, research & experimentation

  • Build an analytics capability around pricing: define and track key metrics (ARR, NRR, ARPU, attach rates, churn, price realization, discount levels, migration performance).
  • Lead structured customer and market research, including willingness‑to‑pay studies, segmentation analyses, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Design and run experiments and pilots (A/B tests, regional rollouts, cohort migrations) to validate price levels, packaging structures, and value metrics before global deployment.
  • Partner with Data Science / BI to model revenue and margin impact of proposed changes; stress‑test scenarios and downside risks, and establish clear “go / no‑go” criteria.

Team leadership & collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate a small, high performing team (currently ~3 FTE) without direct reports initially, while upgrading capabilities in analytics, operations, and experimentation.
  • Coach and develop team members, including managing transition and knowledge transfer from current resources; ensure continuity while raising the bar.
  • Foster a high‑trust, low‑ego, highly collaborative culture, consistent with Smartsheet’s flat organizational model.

You Have:

  • 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS / cloud, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy leadership role (e.g., Senior Director / VP Pricing & Packaging, Monetization, Commercial Strategy).
  • Proven end‑to‑end ownership of at least one major pricing transformation at scale (preferably $500M+ ARR), including a shift toward consumption or usage‑based models (experience in high‑usage platform environments ideal).
  • Deep experience in multi‑product, multi‑segment SaaS environments where packaging, bundling, and upgrade paths are core growth levers.
  • Demonstrated ability to go beyond strategy: has personally driven implementation through Product/Engineering, Sales, Finance, and RevOps – including tooling, metering, policies, and change management.
  • Strong pricing analytics toolkit: able to lead WTP research, build and challenge financial models, and run experiments tied to clear revenue and margin hypotheses.
  • Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable working with C‑level stakeholders and operating with high visibility.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience in work management, collaboration, productivity, analytics, or adjacent SaaS categories, ideally with AI‑enhanced products.
  • Exposure to private‑equity‑backed environments and value‑creation programs.
  • Prior responsibility for both pricing and packaging in PLG + enterprise “hybrid GTM” contexts.
  • Global experience (US + EMEA / APAC) with an understanding of regional pricing nuances.

  • Cultivate partnerships, support integrations, and act as a Clovis advocate at industry and community events.

  • Oversee product releases, manage testing/QA processes, and own internal product excellence initiatives.

Product Data Platform Lead at Jump

Leads data platform strategy and execution, builds scalable multi-tenant infrastructure, and partners with AI/engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights for sports clients.

Lead Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience.

Founded in 2021 by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser, we’ve raised $60 million from top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures. Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences.

We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.

The Role

Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. We’re turning it into a full product: scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure, an expanding library of integrations pulling from a growing set of first- and third-party data sources, and an AI intelligence layer that transforms raw data into actionable decisions.

As Data Platform Lead, you’ll own the vision and execution of that platform. You’ll lead and grow our data engineering team, partner closely with our AI engineer to shape how agents and LLMs consume and act on our data, and work across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to build something that scales — not a series of one-off implementations. The platform you build here will become core infrastructure for how our clients run their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data platform strategy end-to-end — from ingestion architecture and scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure to transformation pipelines, a modern BI layer, and how the platform grows as we add clients and data sources.

  • Drive the AI-on-data layer. Partner with our AI engineer to define how agents and LLMs access, query, and act on platform data — semantic models, retrieval patterns, and in-warehouse AI primitives.

  • Build and productize our integrations motion — ingesting data from a growing set of first- and third-party sources. Turn what today requires custom work into a repeatable, operable pattern.

  • Lead and develop our data engineering team. You’ll manage directly, set technical direction, and raise the bar on quality — starting with a tight-knit team with room to grow.

  • Define the engineering standards for the data org — CI/CD, testing, infra-as-code, data lineage, governance, and observability — so the platform scales without fragility.

  • Be a strong hands-on presence on the warehouse and transformation layer — fluent enough in Snowflake to contribute meaningfully alongside the team, not just oversee it.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to define what great looks like for client onboarding and data delivery, and drive engineering execution against that bar.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — you have a proven track record of managing and developing engineers

  • Strong people management instincts: clear communicator, good at developing talent, comfortable giving direct feedback, and able to build a high-performance culture even with a small team.

  • Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and transformation stack — Snowflake + dbt strongly preferred; Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery with a fast ramp is acceptable.

  • Proven experience building AI on top of structured data — semantic layers, agent/LLM access patterns to warehouses, or retrieval-augmented generation.

  • Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale — you’ve built or owned the systems that pull from many disparate sources into a warehouse. You know when to use an off-the-shelf connector, when to build, and how to make either one operable at scale.

  • Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering — client isolation, onboarding flows, SLAs, and ongoing support. You think in products, not projects.

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, infra-as-code — and a bias toward standards that teams can repeat, not heroics that only you can maintain.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct Snowflake + dbt experience, and familiarity with advanced in-warehouse AI capabilities and agent-accessible data patterns.

  • ML or MLOps experience — feature stores, training pipelines, model evaluation — and a track record of building tools that extract measurable value from data.

  • AWS fluency — we run on AWS, and comfort with IAM, S3, Lambda, and Glue is a plus.

  • Experience with modern BI tooling and self-serve analytics delivery.

  • Background in sports, live events, or time-series data; experience with EU data residency, GDPR, or multi-region warehouse patterns.

Attributes that will make you successful on our team

  • A strong desire to learn. You continually look for ways to build your skills.

  • Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.

  • Passion. You love using your technical skills to build products that solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.

  • Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.

  • Customer-centric mindset. You can understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for.

  • Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

Benefits

  • Remote first

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flex PTO policy

  • 401(k)

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • $1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

  • Company-paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel

Compensation

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.

We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all engineering roles. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $210,000 and includes a generous equity package.

Application

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There’s a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, nonbinary folx, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and people with disabilities. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self and thrive, and we value the diversity brought by different life experiences.

Product Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows at CampMinder

Senior Product Manager leads the strategy and development of admin workflow tools that help camp directors manage operations, scheduling, and compliance efficiently.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Ideal start timeline: July 2026

Role status: Exempt

Compensation: Our target hiring range is $168,000-$195,000 plus participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $12,000 bonus. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

Campminder’s Flexible Working Location: Our employees have the option to work 100% remotely within the United States or their choice of days at home and at our office in Boulder, Colorado. We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events. We require anybody working remotely to have a very reliable, high-speed internet connection.

We know the best people can choose to work anywhere.

Here’s a few reasons why 150+ of them choose Campminder:

  • With 20+ years experience of serving the industry through its digital transformation, we’re stable, profitable, and have developed a loyal customer base (that continues to grow).
  • We build software for summer camps, an industry that enables meaningful experiences for kids.
  • We work on interesting, ambitious projects that create real value for our clients.
  • We know our team members feel their work has an impact on the organization’s purpose.
  • At the same time, we are genuinely committed to work/life balance. Our team members feel they have the flexibility to take time off when needed and feel supported in making use of flexible working arrangements.
  • We invest in emerging technology and cutting-edge leadership and are proud to take an “AI-Native” approach in our solutions.
  • We’ve been listed on Outside Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 8 consecutive years for our values-led culture and employee experience.

This role’s mission & overview:

Behind every successful summer is a camp leadership team working tirelessly to make the experience fun, smooth, and safe. They are our champions. They’re on a mission to serve kids, which requires not being stuck in the camp office manually muscling through planning and logistics tasks. This role is about leveraging technology to take the busywork off their plates so their time and attention go to building phenomenal experiences for campers and their families.

The Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows is responsible for the tools that make up the operational backbone of camp. These are the capabilities camp directors and year-round staff rely on to plan, execute, and stay compliant through the season: sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, plus the reporting and analytics that tie the whole picture together.

Admin workflows are what make camp possible. They carry real regulatory and safety weight, they involve sensitive health information, and they have to hold up under the operational pressure of a camp running at full capacity. This role exists to make sure they’re built well, evolve intentionally, and genuinely earn the trust of camp leaders, staff, and families. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and works day-to-day with a dedicated engineering team focused on this domain.

As a Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows on our Product team, you will:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Campminder’s operations workflows - sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, as well as operations reporting and analytics - driving initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Build for the people who run camp - camp directors and year-round leadership who plan the season as well as the seasonal staff who execute day-to-day operations on the ground
  • Lead ongoing discovery with camp directors, logistics, and health-center staff to understand how camp actually runs today - where the friction, manual workarounds, and risks live - then translate those insights into clear, well-scoped product decisions
  • Relentlessly look for the busywork to eliminate and use automation, smart defaults, and AI to protect camp leaders’ time, so they can focus on making camp magical rather than muscling through minutia in the camp office
  • Treat safety, compliance, and sensitive data as first-class product requirements - building for privacy, health and medication, auditability, and the regulatory obligations camps are held to, where getting it wrong has real consequences
  • Define success metrics for the products you own and hold yourself accountable to them - tracking adoption, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction - and using what you learn to sharpen the roadmap
  • Partner with engineering and design to build operational tools that are dependable under real-world pressure - quick and easy to use during a busy session, resilient when the stakes are high, and trustworthy with the data they hold
  • Empower GTM teams - Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing - to confidently position, sell, and support the products you own
  • Use AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, or similar) to rapidly build working prototypes with customers, compressing the feedback loop between idea and validated product direction

We think a successful candidate will bring:

  • Meaningful experience shipping operational, workflow, or CRM B2B software - you’ve owned a roadmap where the product is the system of record people depend on day in and day out
  • Strong instincts for products where safety, compliance, and sensitive data matter - you’ve built in contexts (e.g. health, K-12 or youth services, logistics) where accuracy and auditability have real consequences
  • A track record of staying genuinely close to users - you’ve done enough discovery to catch yourself when you’re building for the obvious request instead of the underlying operational need
  • Comfort designing for complex, interconnected workflows - you can hold a system in your head where sessions, groups, schedules, facilities, staff, and kids all depend on one another, and keep the experience coherent and simple to navigate as it grows
  • Tenacious excitement for eliminating busywork and lightening the load - you instinctively look for the manual, repetitive, low-judgment work a user is stuck doing and ask how automation, smart defaults, or AI could do it for them, so their time goes to the decisions that actually need a human
  • Enough technical grounding that engineers trust your input - you don’t need to write the code, but you understand data modeling, integrations, and reporting well enough to ask the right questions and push back when something doesn’t add up
  • Clear, direct communication across very different audiences - you can explain a product decision to a camp director who just needs the buses to leave on time, and explain that director’s operational reality to an engineering team building the infrastructure underneath it
  • A natural comfort with AI prototyping tools - you reach for Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, or similar to compress the loop between idea and validated direction
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal intensity - camp operations don’t pause, and the people running them need tools that hold up when the season is at its busiest

Our Interview Process:

  1. 45 min — Interview with People & Culture
  2. 60 min — Interview with Hiring Manager
  3. 90 min — Product exercise presentation & panel interview

Product Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows at CampMinder

Leads product strategy and development for camp management admin workflow tools, partnering with leadership to reduce operational busywork for camp directors.
