About the Role

Location: Remote, United States

Role Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Sr. Director of Learning or Delegate

Compensation: $110,000-$150,000 per year

Senior Managers are high-agency leadership roles for senior learning operators who thrive in complex, live environments. They take responsibility for propagating delivery fidelity, staff and student outcomes, and retention and impact success at scale.

A Senior Manager combines live presence and authority with deep fluency in systems, data, contractual obligations, and workflows, enabling them to orchestrate complex programs in real time while maintaining north-stars and coherence behind the scenes. They operate across diverse delivery models and organizational contexts—from intimate, high-touch settings to large, multi-container environments—adapting style and tactics without compromising core principles.

This role builds vibrant systems capacity by establishing delivery norms, patterns, standards, and expectations that cascade through managers, instructors, and fellows—enabling programs to scale without loss of quality, coherence, or trust.

About CodePath LearningCodePath Learning drives and owns the successful delivery of CodePath programs. Our programs take many forms: large-scale Zoom sessions, on-site university partnerships, earned-revenue programs, and more. We serve tens of thousands of college-level learners every term with the goal of helping them land their dream job or internship.

We are accountable for the operational, instructional, learner experience, and program quality dimensions of delivery—from program launch and staffing through live classroom execution and learner support.

Our programs are highly interactive by design. A single session may involve hundreds of learners moving between large-group instruction and small-group breakout experiences led by Instructors and Tech Fellows (our home-grown tutoring team). We often run tens of sessions nightly, commonly serving over ten-thousand learners per week.

Delivering this experience requires more than logistics. It requires strong operational orchestration, real-time decision-making, and the ability to keep learners, instructional staff, communications, technology, and support systems moving together toward a shared outcome.

Team members may support live Zoom classrooms, staffing and scheduling, learner and partner communications, launch readiness, quality assurance, issue resolution, instructional operations, and continuous improvement efforts across the learner journey.

What You Will Do

Lead Others, Directly and Indirectly

  • Lead teams comprised 1-2 layers of reports (total size from 30-300+ team members, direct reports 0-5)

  • Own direct reports’ successful development, tracking to the Learning team’s norms and values, and hold the quality bar across their programs

  • Provide functional decision guardrails for staffing, budget, and program scope so roles in your stack can move without escalating

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Learning on capacity planning and seasonal staffing

Lead Launches and Live Course Streams

  • Own end-to-end program delivery across formats, ensuring consistent execution at scale

  • Fluently track course and curriculum intent, mapping it to real-time decisions for 1-3 layers of staff across various deployment terrains (large scale zoom, credit-bearing onsite, employer-sponsored, etc.)

  • Intimately understand our data warehouse, admissions, and course completion tooling, to plan runs effectively, and build and lead interventions and modifications successfully

  • Provide coherent, resonant, and inspiring leadership and directives on the above, for your managers, coordinators, and instructional staff

Iterate the Systems Learning Depends On

  • Author playbooks, workflows, and run plans that enable teams to flexibly and consistently achieve outrageous learner success, at scale

  • Troubleshoot workflows, data flows, operating plans, and personnel SOPs in accordance with department values and first-principles

  • Quality check program formats and local setup against course intent and blueprints in advance and in real-time, to ensure that things run–in real time– as intended

Key Success Metrics

  • Across the portfolio, programs hold a student satisfaction score (NPS) of 60 or higher and a course completion rate of 75 percent or higher

  • 90 percent or more of Instructors and Tech Fellows return between cycles

  • Managers, Coordinators, and Instructional Teams resolve problems with fidelity to departmental values, using tools and framing you have systematized

  • New programs launch without preventable orchestration gaps

  • Delivery quality holds or improves term over term as the org scales

This Role Might Be for You if

  • You have 5+ years in program operations or delivery management

  • You can win and direct a (or several) Zoom room/s of 500+ easily and on-contact, earning rapid confidence from students, peers, and program leadership

  • You have successfully trained and manage 1-3  layers of actively deployed reports, for 2+ years (this one is required, not a nice-to-have)

  • You have simultaneously run multiple programs serving hundreds or thousands of learners, across different formats

  • You use data to catch problems early, not just report on outcomes

  • You bring excellent judgment on staffing, budget, and program design, under real constraints

  • A higher education, university partnership, or edtech background is a strong plus

  • You are an operator who can learn the education context, not an educator looking to manage

  • You have a stellar body of demonstrated work in programs quality, scaling, and outcomes in and under real-world conditions

  • Tooling: Expert level Zoom skills required: Asana, Github, Notion, gSuite, Claude a plus

Delivery Environment & Schedule

CodePath programs are delivered remotely across multiple U.S. time zones. During active course terms, this role regularly supports evening program operations and may occasionally participate in live sessions, launches, escalations, or high-priority events.

Many live courses run between approximately 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time. Candidates should be comfortable actively overseeing and engaging program delivery during these hours, while balancing their schedules appropriately outside of live delivery periods.

Full-Time Employee Benefits

This is a 100% remote position—work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program

Why are we hiring?

Well, we’re growing and thriving. So, we need smart, talented, and humble people who share our values to join us as we disrupt the home security space and relentlessly pursue our mission of keeping Every Home Secure.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in program management, project management, sales operations, or management consulting, preferably within consumer electronics, retail, or a fast-growing tech company.
  • Channel Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, specifically within Retail, B2B Partnerships, or Field Sales environments.
  • Methodological Expertise: Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet). PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing complex budgets, building business cases, and tracking financial performance for large-scale programs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and distill complex concepts for executive audiences.

Project Management Lead Services Program Manager at NiCE

Lead Professional Services program delivery across partner ecosystem, manage partner certification and methodology, and own PS sales for Essentials portfolio.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

NiCE Actimize is seeking a commercially sharp, senior-level Lead Services Program Manager to join the Cloud Professional Services team. Despite the individual contributor designation, this is a high-influence role with direct exposure to executive leadership, cross-functional ownership, and a mandate to shape how Actimize scales its AI-powered financial crime solutions through the partner channel.

Why this role, why now: Growing our partner delivery ecosystem is one of Actimize’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This person will define how partners deliver our AI-powered solutions, enable them to meet our quality bar, and ensure the program scales effectively as more partners are onboarded. The work carries executive visibility and has a direct impact on Actimize’s ability to grow through the channel.

The role carries three responsibilities in priority order: leading PS’s contribution to the Partner Program, owning Professional Services sales for the Essentials portfolio, and program managing one or two critical internal initiatives. These responsibilities are distinct and clearly prioritized - this is not a role where everything is equally urgent.

How will you make an impact?

Partner Program Support

Act as the PS representative to the NiCE Actimize Partner Program, supporting three ongoing workstreams as the partner ecosystem scales:

  • Enable the partner certification program - work with the Education team to ensure the right training content is available for each partner track, and keep course offerings current as the program evolves.
  • Own and evolve the Partner Delivery Methodology - maintain the PS delivery framework for AI-powered financial crime solutions, update RACI and handoff documentation, and incorporate learnings as additional partners enter the program.
  • Support active partner delivery engagements - serve as the PS point of contact for partners in the pilot and onboarding phases, resolving delivery issues and feeding lessons learned back into program materials.

PS Sales - Essentials Portfolio

  • Own the end-to-end Professional Services sales motion for the Essentials product line, from opportunity qualification through contract execution.
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and service proposals in collaboration with sales, legal, and delivery teams.
  • Serve as the PS subject matter expert in pre-sales conversations - scoping engagements, defining delivery models, and setting client expectations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure PS is positioned early and consistently in the Essentials sales cycle.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility; track bookings, forecasts, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine SOW templates, pricing models, and scoping methodologies.

Program Management - Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as Program Manager for one or two high-priority internal initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Define scope, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, and escalation paths.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate program status proactively to executive sponsors.

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years in professional services or implementation roles delivering financial crime compliance solutions (AML, fraud, transaction monitoring, or similar platforms). Hands-on Actimize implementation experience is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort working with AI/ML-based products and communicating their value and delivery requirements to both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience authoring and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, and professional services agreements.
  • Strong program management fundamentals - structured, disciplined, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Commercially minded: understands PS margin, pipeline health, and how services revenue connects to business outcomes.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - written, verbal, and visual. Able to command a room and influence decisions at C-level.
  • BA/BSc in a relevant field required. Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred

  • Experience with partner program design, channel enablement, or partner delivery coordination.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based solution delivery - understanding model lifecycle, data dependencies, or analytics-driven implementations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-delivered and SaaS hybrid delivery models.
  • Prior experience working with or enabling global system integrators or advisory partners.

Inter-Personal Skills

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it - comfortable picking up ambiguous problems, forming a point of view, and driving forward without waiting to be told how.
  • Fast learner with genuine curiosity - energized by new domains, willing to experiment, and quick to apply what they have learned.
  • Exceptional presentation skills - able to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for any audience, from technical teams to C-suite executives. This is a non-negotiable for the role.
  • Builds trust across partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with equal ease.
  • Influences without authority - essential in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized; thrives under pressure with multiple overlapping priorities.

What’s in it for you?

This is a high-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful influence over a strategic company priority. You will work across Partner Sales, Professional Services, and Product - building something new rather than maintaining the status quo.

In your first year, success looks like: a functioning Partner Delivery Methodology in use with active partners, a clean SOW process for the Essentials portfolio, and at least one critical program delivered on time. From there, the scope grows with the partner ecosystem.

Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. As the market leader, every day at NiCE is a chance to learn and grow, with endless internal career opportunities across roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.

Enjoy NiCE-FLEX!

At NiCE, we work according to the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote each week. Office days focus on face-to-face collaboration, ideation, and relationship-building.

What this role involves

CodePath is an AI-native organization building pathways into tech for the next generation of engineers, CTOs, and founders. We deliver industry-vetted technical courses and programs to learners across the country.

We operate with the pace and ownership culture of a technical startup. Our team runs on Claude, partners with Anthropic, and uses AI as a core part of how we work. The problems here are technically hard, the impact is visible, and the people are sharp.

With 40,000+ learners and alumni from 1,100+ colleges now working at 4,050 companies, including Amazon, Google, and Meta, we are reshaping who leads tech and how the industry gets built.

About the Role

Location: Remote (United States, Europe, Canada, or LATAM)

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: VP of Engineering

Compensation: $140,000 to $178,000 per year for US-based applicants. Adjusted contingent on location for applicants based in Canada, LATAM, and Europe.

CodePath’s educational programs run on our learning platform, a set of applications spanning admissions, course delivery, grading, career coaching, and reporting. A small engineering team builds and maintains all of it. As we build more and serve more learners, we need someone whose job is to keep that work organized, tested, and moving.

We’re looking for an Engineering Project and QA Manager who works alongside our engineers day to day. You’ll keep projects organized and moving, make sure what we build gets tested and bugs get fixed, and keep the engineers, the product team, and the internal teams who use our tools in sync.

Key Activities

  • Keep engineering projects organized and moving: track what’s in flight, flag what’s blocked, and help the team stay clear on what’s next

  • Own quality: test what we build, use AI to automate the repetitive parts, and write Capybara tests where they’re worth it

  • Run the bug pipeline: reproduce issues, prioritize them, route them to the right engineer, and confirm the fix

  • Be the day-to-day connection between the engineers, the product team, and the internal teams who use our tools

  • Work with us to determine when adding process or rituals might be useful, but being thoughtful about the cost and friction

  • Report on status so the team and leadership know where things stand

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a project management, delivery, or QA role, ideally on a small engineering team

  • Technical enough to work closely with engineers: you can reproduce a bug, read a stack trace, and write a test case to automate fixing it

  • Hands-on QA experience: you’ve owned testing and a bug pipeline, manual or automated

  • Comfort using AI tools to automate work you used to do by hand

  • Good judgment about process: you add structure when it helps and leave it out when it doesn’t

  • Strong written and verbal communication, and you work well with people

  • Comfort with ambiguity and small-team dynamics. You’ve worked without heavy process and know how to keep things moving without it

  • Passion for education and desire to make a positive impact

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or Django codebases, the stacks we run

  • Experience with Capybara, RSpec, or comparable testing tools

  • Experience working with product managers and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience as the first project manager or QA hire on a team

Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an individual contributor position at an annual salary of $140,000 to $178,000 per year for US-based applicants. Adjusted contingent on location for applicants based in Canada, LATAM, and Europe. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.

  • Financial Security: 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 – Jan 2)

  • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support

  • Student Loan Forgiveness: CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt

  • Additional Perks: Pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings
