We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.
All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

Close life insurance leads via outbound and inbound calling, building sales activity and closing skills with coaching and AI practice tools to achieve six-figure commission income.
Close premium final expense leads, earn $200K-$250K+ as a top performer, and build toward your own agency path in year two.
Location: Remote, United States; primary job-board location Dallas, TX
Company: Confidential independent insurance agency
We are hiring a Life Insurance Agent for a fast-growing independent insurance team focused on whole life and final expense sales. This remote role is listed in Dallas, TX for job-board distribution, with candidates supporting customers across U.S. time zones.
This is for hard-working, ethical, coachable closers who want serious upside and are willing to work roughly 50-60 hours per week when needed. The company buys some of the most expensive lead flow in the market and generates a high volume internally. After training, the expectation is simple: close qualified leads at a high rate, do it the right way, and use the system to build real income.
For a very good seller, $200,000-$250,000+ in year-one earnings is realistic. Commission months in the $7,000-$13,000 range are possible once productive. In year two, proven performers can leverage the team’s infrastructure to get help building their own agency or line of business.
Direct life insurance sales experience is welcome, but it is not the only path in. If you have an active life license and a resume that proves top-performer results in door-to-door, cold calling, outbound, appointment setting, or another high-rejection environment, this team wants to talk. Licensed candidates without life insurance experience may start at the lower end of the posted base range, but the earning potential is the same if they ramp quickly.
Core carriers include Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Aetna, Royal Neighbors, and American Amicable.
An active life insurance license is required. Americo and Mutual of Omaha readiness matters immediately; if you are not already appointed, you must be able to complete required appointment or release steps quickly so production is not delayed.
The company can support additional state licenses for strong agents and pays for continuing education.
Compensation includes a $45,000-$60,000 base salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Licensed candidates without direct life insurance experience may start at the lower end of the base range. Top performers can realistically clear $200,000-$250,000+ in year one.
Employment decisions are based on qualifications, experience, business needs, and role-related requirements. The company does not discriminate based on protected status. Urrly reviews applications against job-related factors such as skills, certifications, and experience.

About the Role
Location: Remote, United States
Role Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sr. Director of Learning or Delegate
Compensation: $110,000-$150,000 per year
Senior Managers are high-agency leadership roles for senior learning operators who thrive in complex, live environments. They take responsibility for propagating delivery fidelity, staff and student outcomes, and retention and impact success at scale.
A Senior Manager combines live presence and authority with deep fluency in systems, data, contractual obligations, and workflows, enabling them to orchestrate complex programs in real time while maintaining north-stars and coherence behind the scenes. They operate across diverse delivery models and organizational contexts—from intimate, high-touch settings to large, multi-container environments—adapting style and tactics without compromising core principles.
This role builds vibrant systems capacity by establishing delivery norms, patterns, standards, and expectations that cascade through managers, instructors, and fellows—enabling programs to scale without loss of quality, coherence, or trust.
About CodePath LearningCodePath Learning drives and owns the successful delivery of CodePath programs. Our programs take many forms: large-scale Zoom sessions, on-site university partnerships, earned-revenue programs, and more. We serve tens of thousands of college-level learners every term with the goal of helping them land their dream job or internship.
We are accountable for the operational, instructional, learner experience, and program quality dimensions of delivery—from program launch and staffing through live classroom execution and learner support.
Our programs are highly interactive by design. A single session may involve hundreds of learners moving between large-group instruction and small-group breakout experiences led by Instructors and Tech Fellows (our home-grown tutoring team). We often run tens of sessions nightly, commonly serving over ten-thousand learners per week.
Delivering this experience requires more than logistics. It requires strong operational orchestration, real-time decision-making, and the ability to keep learners, instructional staff, communications, technology, and support systems moving together toward a shared outcome.
Team members may support live Zoom classrooms, staffing and scheduling, learner and partner communications, launch readiness, quality assurance, issue resolution, instructional operations, and continuous improvement efforts across the learner journey.
What You Will Do
Lead Others, Directly and Indirectly
Lead teams comprised 1-2 layers of reports (total size from 30-300+ team members, direct reports 0-5)
Own direct reports’ successful development, tracking to the Learning team’s norms and values, and hold the quality bar across their programs
Provide functional decision guardrails for staffing, budget, and program scope so roles in your stack can move without escalating
Partner with the Senior Director of Learning on capacity planning and seasonal staffing
Lead Launches and Live Course Streams
Own end-to-end program delivery across formats, ensuring consistent execution at scale
Fluently track course and curriculum intent, mapping it to real-time decisions for 1-3 layers of staff across various deployment terrains (large scale zoom, credit-bearing onsite, employer-sponsored, etc.)
Intimately understand our data warehouse, admissions, and course completion tooling, to plan runs effectively, and build and lead interventions and modifications successfully
Provide coherent, resonant, and inspiring leadership and directives on the above, for your managers, coordinators, and instructional staff
Iterate the Systems Learning Depends On
Author playbooks, workflows, and run plans that enable teams to flexibly and consistently achieve outrageous learner success, at scale
Troubleshoot workflows, data flows, operating plans, and personnel SOPs in accordance with department values and first-principles
Quality check program formats and local setup against course intent and blueprints in advance and in real-time, to ensure that things run–in real time– as intended
Key Success Metrics
Across the portfolio, programs hold a student satisfaction score (NPS) of 60 or higher and a course completion rate of 75 percent or higher
90 percent or more of Instructors and Tech Fellows return between cycles
Managers, Coordinators, and Instructional Teams resolve problems with fidelity to departmental values, using tools and framing you have systematized
New programs launch without preventable orchestration gaps
Delivery quality holds or improves term over term as the org scales
This Role Might Be for You if
You have 5+ years in program operations or delivery management
You can win and direct a (or several) Zoom room/s of 500+ easily and on-contact, earning rapid confidence from students, peers, and program leadership
You have successfully trained and manage 1-3Â layers of actively deployed reports, for 2+ years (this one is required, not a nice-to-have)
You have simultaneously run multiple programs serving hundreds or thousands of learners, across different formats
You use data to catch problems early, not just report on outcomes
You bring excellent judgment on staffing, budget, and program design, under real constraints
A higher education, university partnership, or edtech background is a strong plus
You are an operator who can learn the education context, not an educator looking to manage
You have a stellar body of demonstrated work in programs quality, scaling, and outcomes in and under real-world conditions
Tooling: Expert level Zoom skills required: Asana, Github, Notion, gSuite, Claude a plus

Total Compensation:$200,000 - $232,000
Every CodePath learner engages our platform, whether they are a college CS student in a direct course, a student at a partner university, an alum sharpening their skills, or a working engineer retraining for the AI era. The Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience owns this platform.
CodePath’s courses work because they are intensive, industry-vetted, and human. The hard problem is scale. As we grow from tens of thousands of learners toward millions, the quality and effectiveness of the learner experience on the platform has to improve, not dilute. That demands an AI-First approach: clearly and thoughtfully identifying where AI can accelerate effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection and touchpoints are essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress. Getting that boundary right is the core judgment call of this job, and you will make it over and over.
The ownership lines are clear. Curriculum owns what we teach. The Learning team owns how it is taught, including the live classroom. You own the platform: everything a learner touches when they log in, from the course portal to asynchronous engagement between sessions to the touchpoints that keep them moving. You will collaborate closely with Learning so the platform powers great live delivery, but the platform experience is yours.
Success looks like measurable acceleration in the rate of learning, retention, and engagement, even as the number of students grows by an order of magnitude.
Learning rate is the scoreboard. Plenty of platforms can deliver content at scale. Almost none can prove their students learn faster because of them. You will be measured on outcomes, retention, and engagement, not feature velocity.
The ceiling is enormous. Every course CodePath delivers, direct or through partners, rides on the platform experience you build. As we scale to an order of magnitude of more students, your decisions compound across every learner we will ever serve.
What you’ll do
Own the core learner platform experience across every segment: college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and students at partner institutions
Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap
Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship
Own our AI-assisted learning experiences end to end, including taking the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product. These student-facing AI surfaces are yours, not shared
Decide where AI accelerates effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection is essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress
Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering: they own what is taught and how the classroom runs, you build the platform that powers live delivery and asynchronous engagement
Set a high bar for design quality and engaging interactions across every learner touchpoint
Define the metrics that prove learning rate, retention, and engagement are improving at scale, and design experiments, grounded in discovery with users, to test your biggest bets
Who you are
You are a PM who has owned products that learners or users depend on every day, and you know how to walk into something live and make it measurably better. You are deeply AI-Native and you believe great learning products are judged by what learners can do afterward.
Required
You have scaled a live product. You have inherited or grown something real users already depended on, raised its quality while usage multiplied, and you know the difference between launching and improving
AI is genuinely how you work. You can show how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months
You have built products where engagement and retention were the scoreboard, and you know how to design the loops, touchpoints, and interactions that move them
You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure
You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across learning and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook
You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call
You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Preferred
Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)
Background in edtech, learning platforms, or consumer education products, or deep working familiarity with learning science
Experience with AI tutoring, adaptive learning, or personalization systems
Founder experience or equivalent time building in a hyperscaling environment
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

About the Role
Location:Â Remote, United States
Role Type:Â Contract, Full-Time
Duration:Â 6 months
Reporting to:Â Senior Manager, Talent Engagement
Compensation: $35-45 per hour (full-time, approximately 40 hours/week)
CodePath is launching a new AI fellowship program, and we need experienced recruiters to help us select our first cohorts of fellows. Over the 6-month contract you’ll work two intensive screening waves, each roughly 10 weeks, selecting hundreds of fellows across the two cohorts from thousands of applicants. This is high-volume, structured screening work with real stakes: the people you advance will go on to shape the next generation of AI practitioners.
You’ll review written applications, conduct 30-minute structured interviews, score candidates against a six-competency rubric, and manage your own pipeline in Greenhouse. The work is fast-paced, calibration-heavy, and requires someone who can hold a consistent bar across hundreds of conversations. Between waves, you’ll help sharpen the rubric and the process so the next cohort’s selection runs better than the last.
What you will do
Screen and evaluate candidates
Review written applications against a structured rubric
Conduct 30-minute structured interviews focused on six competencies, probing for specificity and depth rather than rehearsed answers
Own your pipeline
Manage your assigned candidates end-to-end in Greenhouse, from application review through disposition, scheduling, and stage transitions
Handle scheduling exceptions, no-shows, and reschedules without bottlenecking the process
Monitor take-home completion deadlines and flag candidates at risk of dropping off
Calibrate and improve
Participate in calibration syncs with the screening team, reviewing borderline cases, and aligning on scoring standards
Flag patterns you notice in the applicant pool, rubric gaps, ambiguous scoring criteria, or competency questions that aren’t differentiating
Maintain inter-rater reliability by regularly comparing your pass-through rate and scoring distribution against the team baseline
Help refine the rubric and process between screening waves
Key success metrics
Sustain 35 screens per week (application reviews plus structured interviews) at consistent quality throughout each screening wave
95%+ of your candidates move through stages within SLA timelines
Scoring distribution and pass-through rate stay within the team’s calibration band
This role may be right for you if
You’ve run high-volume structured interviews before and know what it feels like to hold a bar across 30+ conversations a week without drifting
You’ve worked in university recruiting, campus hiring, or fellowship/cohort selection where you’re evaluating potential as much as experience
You’ve worked in some aspect of recruiting and are looking for your first step to become a Recruiter.
You’re comfortable with a tight rubric and daily calibration, and you see those as tools that make you better, not constraints that slow you down
You’ve used an ATS (ideally Greenhouse) to manage candidate pipelines and can keep your own house clean without someone chasing you
You’re comfortable working alongside AI tools while utilizing your own judgment has to stay in the loop
You care about equity in hiring and understand why structured processes exist: to reduce bias, not to create bureaucracy
Compensation
CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. This is a contract position at an hourly rate of $35 - $45 per hour. This is a full-time engagement (approximately 40 hours per week) for 6 months.

About the Role
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Chief Product Officer
Compensation: $200,000 to $232,000 per year
AI Corps is a fellowship program that sources, trains, and deploys applied AI specialists into organizations. Fellows complete an intensive program, build skills across modern AI stacks, and embed directly with partner teams to ship real work. The first cohort, Claude Corps, is now launching in partnership with Anthropic with 1,000 fellows committed to deploy into nonprofits. The next chapter is enterprise, where the demand is larger, the budgets are real, and the urgency to build with AI is highest.
CodePath spent the past decade building this kind of infrastructure for education: training that produces engineers who perform at top companies, and ten years of outcomes data to prove it works. AI Corps takes the model to enterprise. The first cohort will prove the model inside mission-driven organizations, and enterprise is the next chapter and what our Founding Product Manager, AI Corps will own.
The platform is already in active build, on track for a September launch, and it has been engineering-led from day one: no product leadership, no customer validation, no feedback loops. Bringing those is this job, and getting design ahead of engineering is the first order of business.
Your ownership of the platform will power the full lifecycle: how organizations identify the AI capabilities they need, how fellows are trained to those specs and matched to partners, how they embed alongside existing teams, how incumbent employees build the skills to work with them, and how outcomes get measured in ways enterprise buyers act on.
The enterprise market is our clearest near-term path to making CodePath financially self-sustaining. Companies are racing to retrain entire departments for AI-native work, corporate L&D budgets are expanding, and almost no provider can prove the depth, rigor, or ROI that CodePath has spent a decade building. The path from tens of thousands today to millions of learners runs directly through this product, and the revenue opportunity is the largest in CodePath’s history.
You will partner directly with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, and Engineering, and you will have unusual freedom to do it: a green-lit, funded initiative already in motion, frontier AI tools with effectively unlimited Claude credits, and a small engineering team that ships faster than groups ten times its size.
Quality is your scoreboard. Revenue here flows through partnerships, so you will not own a number. What you own is whether the platform earns that revenue: fellow engagement, student satisfaction, the quality of every partner and host organization touchpoint. If the experience is excellent, the business follows. If it is not, nothing else matters.
The ceiling is enormous. Through our partnership with Anthropic and our standing with universities, states, and employers, this product launches with distribution most startups spend a decade building. We need someone who thinks at that scale from day one.
What you’ll do
The Senior Director of AI Programs owns the design and delivery of AI Corps programs. You own the platform that powers them: a new build, separate from CodePath’s core learning platform, which has its own PM. In practice, that means:
Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap, turning fellow, partner, and program needs into clear priorities, holding a high bar for design quality across every fellow and partner touchpoint
Define and own the metrics that prove the platform works: fellow engagement, student NPS, host organization satisfaction, and experience quality. Revenue is the outcome; these are the inputs you control
Work directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise opportunities
Build the platform that makes AI Corps repeatable at enterprise scale, covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle
Design the incumbent employee training product, working with AI Programs and Curriculum to build an AI enablement path for existing enterprise employees that runs alongside the fellow deployment model
Run sharp discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then translate it into success metrics, prototypes, and shipped features
Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial needs into platform direction and ensure the product supports what the sales team needs to close and retain partners
Design experiments to test your biggest bets, and use both qualitative signal and hard data to change course fast
Be the connective tissue between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering: align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and unblock the build
Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship
Who you are
You are a founding-caliber PM who has built from nothing and stayed to scale it. AI is woven into how you work, and the size of this opportunity energizes you.
Required
You have built 0 to 1 and stayed past it. You have taken a product from a blank page to real commercial scale, and you stayed through the hypergrowth that followed, so you know what comes after launch. Bonus if that was at a company that went from a handful of people to a billion-dollar-plus business
AI is how you work every day. You can show, not just claim, how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months
You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure
You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook
You have worked shoulder to shoulder with Sales or Customer Success, and you know what a deal-blocking product gap looks like
You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call
You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Preferred
Background building for or selling to corporate L&D, HR, or workforce and benefits buyers
Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)
Experience with talent marketplace, staffing, workforce deployment, or HR technology products
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling
Founder experience or equivalent time building in a zero-to-one environment
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

Peek Pro is building AI-native GTM infrastructure — and this role exists to build and run it. You will partner day-to-day with RevOps to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows across the full GTM motion: inbound, outbound, campaign ops, and pipeline tooling.
This is a hands-on, business-first engineering role where you’ll identify inefficiencies, scope solutions, and ship them without waiting for a playbook. You will not be training models. You will be applying the best AI tools available to create compounding leverage across our go-to-market teams.
You come from a RevOps, BizOps, Operations, Analytics, or Product background.
You’ve worked in fast-paced tech environments (startups or growth-stage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles.
You have hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar — to solve real business problems and automate workflows.
You’re comfortable with Python or JavaScript — not a full-stack engineer, but able to build, connect, and ship things that work.
You’re outcome-driven: you focus on solving business problems, not training models from scratch.
You’re curious and scrappy, and you learn as you go — even without a clear playbook.
You can communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business teams and enjoy helping others learn.
You’re proactive by nature — you see what’s broken and move toward it.
You have a strong grasp of business context — you understand why a workflow matters, not just how to build it.
Inbound lead triage and routing agents: AI-powered qualification and routing that creates faster response times, increases rep customer-facing time, and enables the PLG self-serve motion
Outbound reply automation: an AI layer that handles the repeatable, low-leverage steps of initial outreach - personalizing at scale and escalating to a human only when a qualified conversation is ready
Campaign setup automation: eliminate the manual rebuild cycle for conferences, webinars, ABM targeting, and CSM target lists so teams spend time on strategy, not setup
TAM expansion and market data enrichment: ongoing maintenance and expansion of Peek’s addressable market data - keeping core GTM fields accurate and continuously updated as a foundation for forecast integrity and outbound targeting (powered internally by tooling you will help maintain and improve)
Human-in-the-loop workflows: design flows where AI handles the repeating work and humans review, approve, or intervene at the right moments - ensuring quality without removing judgment where it matters
Agent infrastructure maintenance and improvement: co-own and evolve existing AI agents alongside RevOps leadership - refining rule sets, improving data structures, and expanding capabilities as the GTM stack grows. Examples include forecast tracking, pipeline analysis, and churn reason classification agents, with more to come as the fleet expands
Agent quality and efficiency: drive improvements to output quality and token efficiency across the agent fleet over time
Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across GTM, RevOps, Sales, and Operations teams.
Build and integrate AI-powered tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms — from quick prototypes to production internal tools.
Work with diverse data types — primarily text-based GTM data (email, conversation logs, lead info), with occasional audio or structured data integration depending on use cases.
Act as an internal AI consultant, guiding teams on what’s possible, where to start, and how to think about GTM automation.
Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and services where they accelerate GTM impact.
Maintain and improve the agent fleet — monitoring quality, optimizing token usage, and expanding capabilities over time.
Stay current on LLMs, AI tools, and automation trends, bringing in what’s useful and relevant to GTM.
Partner with RevOps leadership to shape the AI/automation roadmap with a strong focus on near-term, measurable impact.
n8n, Claude (Anthropic), Pinecone, Supabase, Salesforce, Python scripting, and API integrations.
Experience with this exact stack is a plus — comfort learning it quickly is required.
3–5 years of professional experience, ideally starting in ops/analytics/revenue operations and transitioning into AI-driven or automation-heavy work.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), or custom Python/JS scripts.
Comfortable with Python or JavaScript — able to build, connect, and ship things that work independently, without needing a large engineering team.
Strong understanding of business needs and how to use AI and automation to meet them.
Outcome-focused mindset — you measure success in efficiency gains, pipeline impact, and team capability, not lines of code.
Proactive and scrappy — you see inefficiencies and jump in to solve them, learning as you go.
Clear communicator — you can explain complex AI concepts to business teams and help them think about what’s possible.
Strong written and async communication skills in a remote environment.
Comfortable building and shipping independently without waiting for a full engineering team.
Not a BI or data analyst role. You will not be building dashboards or writing SQL to answer reporting questions.
Not an ML engineering or research position. You will not be training models from scratch or building the next GPT.
Not a traditional software engineering role. This is hands-on, business-first AI work focused on applying existing tools to create real value — not building foundational models or infrastructure.
If you love to figure things out, move fast, use AI to make things better, and want your work to show up directly in pipeline, efficiency, and team capability metrics — this is the role.
This role sits on the DAISY team (AI/Data org), with day-to-day direction from RevOps leadership on build priorities, roadmap, and GTM tooling.

Owns full commercial sales cycle for developer-led companies, engaging technical buyers to close deals on ClickHouse's data analytics platform.
Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 3,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company’s sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
Our commercial segment — companies with up to 250 employees — is predominantly developer- and engineer-led. These buyers don’t respond to decks and discovery scripts. They respond to someone who speaks their language, understands their architecture, and can help them think through a real problem. That’s who we’re hiring.
As a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, you’ll own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts in this segment. You’ll engage with data engineers, platform teams, and technical founders at the moment they’re evaluating ClickHouse for a real use case — and your job is to help them succeed, faster. The best deals in this segment don’t feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
Our commercial customers include companies like Circle, Flashbots, Blockworks, Cypress.io, Kit, Whop, Coframe, Shaped, and janitorai — developer-first products that chose ClickHouse because they needed something that could handle billions of events without slowing down their users. The best deals in this segment don’t feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
This is a role for technically strong people who are ready to own a number. Prior closing experience is not required — but technical credibility is non-negotiable.
Most AE roles are execution roles. This one is a craft role. You’ll build deep product knowledge, learn how high-growth companies architect for scale, and develop commercial skills in an environment where your technical instincts are your biggest competitive advantage. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to bridge two worlds — and get paid competitively to do it.

About the job
We need someone who is equally comfortable writing C and JavaScript. The Bare team builds and maintains the runtime itself along with a growing ecosystem of native modules (bare-bluetooth, bare-tcp, bare-fs, bare-crypto, and many more). You would be writing native addons that bridge platform APIs into JavaScript, debugging across multiple operating systems, and helping keep the runtime small and correct.
This is a hands-on systems role. You will work independently, own modules end to end, and ship code that runs on phones, laptops, servers, and constrained devices.
Design, implement, and ship bare-* native modules (e.g., bare-bluetooth, bare-tcp, bare-fs, bare-crypto) end to end, including code, and tests
Write C native addons that bridge platform APIs (Bluetooth, networking, filesystem, crypto) into JavaScript
Maintain and extend existing native modules based on product team requests and the bare-node compatibility list
Set up and maintain cross-platform builds for macOS, Linux, Android (NDK), and iOS (Xcode)
Own cross-compilation toolchain configuration for each target platform
Maintain CI pipelines that build and test native modules across all supported platforms
Investigate and fix platform-specific build failures and toolchain issues
Contribute to the Bare runtime core (module system, native addon system, light-weight threads)
Help reduce the bare-node missing API surface
Participate in evaluating and integrating alternative JS engines eg libjerry
Debug native addon issues across multiple OS and device targets, including mobile
Write and maintain tests for all modules
Respond to Bare team inquiries from internal teams and the public.
Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions in writing .
Participate in a weekly status call.
Participate in Bare workshops and contribute to onboarding materials.
Coordinate with product teams (Keet, WDK/Wallet).
Strong C programming skills, including experience writing and debugging native code across platforms.
Advanced JavaScript skills with a solid understanding of Node.js internals and the module ecosystem.
Experience building native addons for Node.js or similar runtimes (N-API, node-gyp, or equivalent).
Familiarity with libuv or other asynchronous I/O frameworks.
Comfortable working across macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS build toolchains.
Experience with cross-compilation and platform-specific system APIs (Bluetooth, networking, filesystem).
Ability to read and navigate large C and C++ codebases.
Self-directed work style with strong written communication skills.
