The opportunity

Raconteur, part of TechnologyAdvice, is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive new business growth and expand high-value client relationships across our portfolio of content-led marketing solutions.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role with ownership of the full sales cycle. Salary Range

We are seeking a US-based Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team and own the administration of US employee benefits programs end to end, while also supporting global benefits programs. This role is responsible for the full US benefits lifecycle, including enrollment, open enrollment, life event changes, leaves of absence, retirement plan administration, and employee terminations.

What you’ll do

CodePath’s courses work because they are intensive, industry-vetted, and human. The hard problem is scale. As we grow from tens of thousands of learners toward millions, the quality and effectiveness of the learner experience on the platform has to improve, not dilute. That demands an AI-First approach: clearly and thoughtfully identifying where AI can accelerate effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection and touchpoints are essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress. Getting that boundary right is the core judgment call of this job, and you will make it over and over.

The ownership lines are clear. Curriculum owns what we teach. The Learning team owns how it is taught, including the live classroom. You own the platform: everything a learner touches when they log in, from the course portal to asynchronous engagement between sessions to the touchpoints that keep them moving. You will collaborate closely with Learning so the platform powers great live delivery, but the platform experience is yours.

Success looks like measurable acceleration in the rate of learning, retention, and engagement, even as the number of students grows by an order of magnitude.

Two things make this role unlike most PM jobs

Learning rate is the scoreboard. Plenty of platforms can deliver content at scale. Almost none can prove their students learn faster because of them. You will be measured on outcomes, retention, and engagement, not feature velocity.

The ceiling is enormous. Every course CodePath delivers, direct or through partners, rides on the platform experience you build. As we scale to an order of magnitude of more students, your decisions compound across every learner we will ever serve.

What you’ll do

  • Own the core learner platform experience across every segment: college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and students at partner institutions

  • Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap

  • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

  • Own our AI-assisted learning experiences end to end, including taking the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product. These student-facing AI surfaces are yours, not shared

  • Decide where AI accelerates effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection is essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress

  • Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering: they own what is taught and how the classroom runs, you build the platform that powers live delivery and asynchronous engagement

  • Set a high bar for design quality and engaging interactions across every learner touchpoint

  • Define the metrics that prove learning rate, retention, and engagement are improving at scale, and design experiments, grounded in discovery with users, to test your biggest bets

Who you are

You are a PM who has owned products that learners or users depend on every day, and you know how to walk into something live and make it measurably better. You are deeply AI-Native and you believe great learning products are judged by what learners can do afterward.

About the Role

Reporting to Stan Parkford, the Customer Training and Adoption Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving customer training programs to enhance adoption and proficiency across our customer agencies. Pay Range

What about the role?

You will be trusted with building and enhancing core product features, working with modern front-end technologies to create engaging and functional user experiences. You’ll play a key role in implementing new functionalities, ensuring our platform is robust, and contributing to the overall user interface. In more details, you’ll:

  • Develop Front-end Features: design, develop, and implement user interfaces and client-side logic using TypeScript with React or Angular.

  • API Integration: Integrate front-end applications with our backend services (built with Python/FastAPI) and data sources (Snowflake), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality

  • Translate Requirements to UI: convert product requirements, wireframes, and user stories into functional, responsive, and accessible web components. You’ll be responsible for implementing the UI based on these inputs

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: write comprehensive unit and integration tests for front-end code, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability

  • Collaborate & Innovate: work closely with product managers and backend engineers, contributing to technical discussions and problem-solving to deliver polished user experiences

The Role

Our commercial segment — companies with up to 250 employees — is predominantly developer- and engineer-led. These buyers don’t respond to decks and discovery scripts. They respond to someone who speaks their language, understands their architecture, and can help them think through a real problem. That’s who we’re hiring.

As a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, you’ll own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts in this segment. You’ll engage with data engineers, platform teams, and technical founders at the moment they’re evaluating ClickHouse for a real use case — and your job is to help them succeed, faster. The best deals in this segment don’t feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.

Our commercial customers include companies like Circle, Flashbots, Blockworks, Cypress.io, Kit, Whop, Coframe, Shaped, and janitorai — developer-first products that chose ClickHouse because they needed something that could handle billions of events without slowing down their users. The best deals in this segment don’t feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.

This is a role for technically strong people who are ready to own a number. Prior closing experience is not required — but technical credibility is non-negotiable.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for accounts in the sub-250 employee segment, with a focus on speed, technical depth, and conversion quality.
  • Engage directly with data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders to understand their use cases, data volumes, query patterns, and infrastructure requirements — and map those to ClickHouse capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot schema design questions, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges during the evaluation process; serve as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional sales rep.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing self-serve and product-led customer base; convert usage signals into meaningful commercial relationships.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers on more complex evaluations, and advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — documenting technical context, decision criteria, stakeholders, and next steps in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Contribute to playbooks, technical objection handling guides, and onboarding materials that help the team scale what’s working.
  • Participate in developer community events, technical meetups, and online forums where our users naturally gather.

What You Bring

  • A technical foundation that earns respect in engineering conversations — built through experience as a data engineer, solutions engineer/architect, software engineer, or similar role.
  • Comfort with the modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis), cloud infrastructure, and SQL-heavy analytics workflows. Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Some customer-facing experience — whether in pre-sales, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a customer-success capacity. You’ve navigated technical conversations with real stakes before.
  • An instinct for moving quickly. This segment runs on short cycles. You know how to drive urgency without being pushy, and how to remove technical blockers that stall deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down, and you write clearly enough that your emails actually get responses from engineers.
  • Curiosity about the business side of technology. You’re interested in understanding why companies buy, not just what they’re building.
  • Ownership mentality. You’re comfortable operating with autonomy, making judgment calls without a playbook, and learning from what doesn’t work.

About the job

We need someone who is equally comfortable writing C and JavaScript. The Bare team builds and maintains the runtime itself along with a growing ecosystem of native modules (bare-bluetooth, bare-tcp, bare-fs, bare-crypto, and many more). You would be writing native addons that bridge platform APIs into JavaScript, debugging across multiple operating systems, and helping keep the runtime small and correct.

This is a hands-on systems role. You will work independently, own modules end to end, and ship code that runs on phones, laptops, servers, and constrained devices.

Native module development

  • Design, implement, and ship bare-* native modules (e.g., bare-bluetooth, bare-tcp, bare-fs, bare-crypto) end to end, including code, and tests

  • Write C native addons that bridge platform APIs (Bluetooth, networking, filesystem, crypto) into JavaScript

  • Maintain and extend existing native modules based on product team requests and the bare-node compatibility list

Cross-platform builds and CI

  • Set up and maintain cross-platform builds for macOS, Linux, Android (NDK), and iOS (Xcode)

  • Own cross-compilation toolchain configuration for each target platform

  • Maintain CI pipelines that build and test native modules across all supported platforms

  • Investigate and fix platform-specific build failures and toolchain issues

Bare Runtime contributions

  • Contribute to the Bare runtime core (module system, native addon system, light-weight threads)

  • Help reduce the bare-node missing API surface

  • Participate in evaluating and integrating alternative JS engines eg libjerry

Debugging and quality

  • Debug native addon issues across multiple OS and device targets, including mobile

  • Write and maintain tests for all modules
