In the Gozem Money business, you will design and implement advanced models to analyze transactional and behavioral data, predict outcomes, detect risks, and unlock new growth opportunities.

BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
3+ years of experience with machine learning models including development, version control, and deployment/serving of models.
Demonstrated experience operationalizing ML models in production â either independently or alongside an engineering team.
Experience working with platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python.
Experience using AI tools to increase throughput for exploratory data analysis, model development, experimentation, and more.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $105,000 - $135,000. This role will be eligible to participate in our companyâs equity program. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits, and other reward opportunities we provide.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $105,000 - $135,000. This role will be eligible to participate in our companyâs equity program. Job Summary: This role sits within HubSpotâs broader Revenue Operations organization and is part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to a Sr. Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations, the team helps shape how HubSpot plans, measures, and improves global sales performance, with annual sales planning serving as its core focus. Partnering across the business, the team develops sales targets, planning guardrails, forecasting models, and operational strategies that support scalable growth across HubSpotâs global GTM organization.
As a Lead Sales Strategy Analyst, youâll work closely with teams responsible for pipeline generation and revenue growth, including Marketing, BDR, Partner, Sales Operations, FP&A, and executive leadership. Youâll help translate business priorities into data-driven recommendations and actionable plans. Youâll also play a central role in corporate sales reporting, quarterly commit cycles, and strategic analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will use analytics to answer questions about how our customers are using our product, with the goal of improving product adoption and customer retention.
You will guide the Product Leadership Team on setting company-wide goals that inform and support our long-term product strategy
You will own the roadmap and data integrity of our products reporting, identifying opportunities to build new dashboards and self-serve resources with the end goal of increasing data consumption and efficiency.
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers to ensure weâre delivering quality insights to the business.

Youâve proven yourself as a trusted business partner. Youâve got excellent communication skills and can translate between technical and functional requirements. You have experience working with business stakeholders to clarify questions and prioritize asks.
Youâve got a strong education. You have a Bachelorâs in an analytical field (statistics, computer science, etc.)
